Instructions
  1. 1) The size of the photograph should be a minimum of 5 KB and a maximum of 20 KB.
  2. 2) The photograph should be in JPEG format only.
  3. 3) The width of the photograph should be 160 pixels.
  4. 4) The height of the photograph should be between 200 and 212 pixels.
  5. 5) The document size should not exceed 500 KB.
