Refund

- Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payments or errors caused by us.

- Once a service request has been submitted and initiated through government portals, refunds will not be available, regardless of the outcome of the application.

- Refund requests must be supported with valid proof of the duplicate payment or error.

Cancellations

- Cancellations are permitted only if the request is made within 24 hours of the payment.

- After this period, cancellations will not be entertained as processing would have commenced.

Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway processes.
